ROLEG - HELP

The ROLEG can be accessed in two ways:

1. Free of any charges offers the possibility of free checking the legal existence of a company in the ROLEG that contains more than 970,000 companies.

Way of accessing : one chooses the action FREE and then it appears a window where you type on the keyboard user name: user name: guest_e / Password: guest_e

The company checking can be done on:

name

registration number

1.1 Search by name:

It is selected the searching area in one of the following 3 cases:

a county (it is marked the county you need)
the whole country (it is marked the option)
more counties (it is marked the needed counties pressing the CTRL key at the same time)

It is introduced the name of the searched company, it is selected the option - INCEPE (START) afterwards you press the key SELECTIE (SELECTION).

The program will select all companies which begin with the searched name, displaying the following information:

name
locality
number of registration
state of the company

Warning : Selection of option –CONTINE (CONTAINS) – lasts very long

1.2 Searching by registration number

It is selected the county where the company exists, it is introduced the registration number, year of registration and press SELECTION. The program will display the company, the state and locality.

In order to obtain details about the needed company, you have to access the version with ABONAMENT (SUBCRIBTION).

2. Obtaining, against payment by SUBCRIBTION, the information coveringthe majority of companies in Romania.

2.1 Specification concerning the use of ROLEG based on SUBCRIPTION

Connecting ways

Following the acknowledgementof paying the fee of USD 16,00 and the minimum deposit of $100,00 (the payment being effected in ROL at the NBR rate of the payment day) the customer is given the user’s name and password .

The passwords can be changed at the demand of user.

Interrogation criteria

country where the foreign investors resides

Types of information supplied:

name, address, VAD code, phone, telex, fax of company

equity

foreign contribution at capital

main objects of activity stated by businessman

data on investors (address, shares, contribution at capital)

data on managers

data on the organization structure

financial information (total assets, own capitals, total debts, turnover, operating revenues , operating costs, gross profit, losses before taxation, net profit, losses after taxation, number of employees, global solvency, commercial profitability, economic profitability, financial profitability, assets rotation, object of activity stated in the balance sheet, size of enterprise) in case that the balance sheet is handed in.

2.2 Steps which has to be followed in order to obtain the required data:

a) Put in the users name and password for entering the system

b) Choose the needed interrogation criteria

c) Put in the searching parameters (information annexed to the criteria)

d) Select the searching area

Ways of selecting

County (it is marked that county)

The whole country (it is marked “Unspecified”)

A number of counties (it is pressed Ctrl once with button of the mouse

e) It is marked the information needed in the report (type of supplied information)

f) The interrogation starts clicking on the select button or, in case they want to cancel the selection, it is pressed the button Delete.

In case that the number of entities is too big, the result of the interrogation is displayed in sets of 10 entities on one page (a display), with the option of navigating page after or going to the page you are interested in.
The result of the interrogation is displayed as www.link-uri
In case of interrogation on company, registration number, VAT code and sheet, the information shown on the 1^stpage of display for entity is the following:

company (the underlining shows a link)
locality
registrations number
state of company
In case of the interrogation on investor or manager, the information on the first page of display for one entity is :
name of the searched person (the underlining of the investor’s name shows a link)
locality where there is the investing company
date of birth

In case of interrogation on the investor’s name – as legal person, the information shown of the first page of one entity is :

name of legal person (the underlining of the person’s name shows a link)

locality where there is the investing company

In order to obtain the details, press the link generated by the program.

g) The next display shows the cost of the information. If you don’t agree, you go back to the display in which you put in the searching parameters and settle some certain types of information, afterwards you continue the information.

Warning : At the moment you agree the cost of interrogation and press “DETALII”, the program counts that amount and the amount which is to be on the invoice. It is not possible to cancel this operations.

In case of searching based on the investor’s name the procedures is the following :

It is put in the name of the investor, then select the type of information and selection area. The program is displayed in set of 10 names found in the database. In case that it is selected a name, there are not displayed all companies in which he an investor but only one company.

The same thing happens if it is searched on name of manager.

E.g. Let’s suppose that we search on the name of “ POPESCU ION ” and he invested in 3 companies: Alpha, Beta, Gamma. On the screen it is displayed POPESCU ION three times, as he is on investor in three (3) companies. If it is selected the first registration, the program will only display a company in which he is a shareholder (ALPHA). If it is selected the second registration, POPESCU ION it will appear the second company in which he is an investor.

As result of the interrogation, it will mostly coment more people with the same name. Their distinction will be based on date of birth which might be known.

Note :
It is advisable that in case of searching more words the word separation should be done with “_”.

E.G. : (POPESCU_ION)

For expanding the searching, you use “%”

The searching of POPESCU_ION will not find POPESCU A. ION; in this case it is used POPESCU%ION.

In case of searching based on the criterion “street name” , putting in the parameter is put is as follows : ALEX%CEL_BUN.

The searching based on the street ALEXANDRU will not find the companies on the street ALEXANDRU CEL BUN.

In this case it is introduced the parameter ALEXANDRU%

In case of the interrogation based on the name of the investor – legal person or manager, the operating is similar to the interrogation on the name of the investor – natural person.

Warning : In case that your account comes closer to zero (0) and the sum of the required information overdraws the deposit, the program warns you about it and it can credit you with the balance amounting to maximum 100,000 ROL to obtain the needed information. If the value of the information exceeds this sum, the program will not display the button “DETAILS” (DETALII) and you are required to renew your account.

The value with which you are credited will be deducted from the amount renewing your account.

The customers, who demand the information supplied in English, will state their requirement when they apply for subscription.
